Service Description

The phone consultation allows you the opportunity to tell me about your specific situation, as well as your issues and goals. This information helps me tailor my services to your needs and also allows me to answer any questions you may have about the process. There are many, many issues and conditions that my services can help. That being said, there are certain injuries that may prevent what I do from working. The phone consultation allows me to ensure you will benefit from Sessions prior to booking any services. NOTE: Our phone call will be limited to 30-45 minutes, which is sufficient time for me to learn your basic history, situation, and goals and to answer a few questions you may have about what I do. That being said, it will not be enough time for me to explain what I do in-depth. For this reason and to maximize our time together, I have provided this information for you throughout the website. I ask that you take 20 minutes of your time to read through each of the sections, watch the short videos and become familiar with the concept of Specialized Kinesiology prior to our call. Thank you for helping us get off to a successful start!

Cancellation Policy

Please note that ELEVATED WELLNESS OF THE OZARKS, LLC will reserve this time exclusively for you. We know that schedules change and things can come up, so we request that you respect our time as we will respect yours. PLEASE, give us a courtesy call, email, or text message at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in the event you must cancel or reschedule in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. **This will allow us time to contact other clients who may be waiting for services.** Late cancellation or reschedule (less than 48 hours prior to appointment) or ON THE DAY OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT will result in a 50% nonrefundable, non-transferable service fee for the entire session booked. No exception. The remaining 50% of the paid appointment will be credited to your next session for the first late cancellation you incur. For all additional late cancellations, this amount will not be credited and will be used to compensate our staff for their lost time. Please keep in mind that when a client decides to no call/no-show we lose business within those hours and cannot recuperate for the lost time.
